Job Description

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your duties will include:

1. Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome guests as they arrive, escort them to their tables, and ensure they are comfortable and satisfied with their seating arrangements.

2. Taking Food and Drink Orders: Efficiently take orders from guests, accurately recording their preferences and special requests.

3. Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver orders promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet our standards.

4. Providing Menu Recommendations: Assist guests in making menu choices by offering recommendations based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.

5. Handling Guest Inquiries and Concerns: Address any questions or concerns raised by guests in a courteous and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.

6. Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.

7. Coordinating with Kitchen and Bar Staff: Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure orders are prepared and served promptly and accurately.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, with earnings ranging from AED 5,600 to 6,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide the following benefits:

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to guests.

• Menu Knowledge: Familiarity with food and beverage menu items and their ingredients to assist guests with menu choices.
